Frequently Asked Questions

Why is there limited availability for evaluations?

I intentionally keep my evaluation caseload limited so that every client receives the time, attention, and individualized care they deserve. In addition to Keystone Teleassessments, I continue to maintain a clinical caseload at the private practice where I completed my postdoctoral residency because I believe strongly in its mission and the important work we do there. Balancing both roles allows me to continue serving that community while providing thoughtful, high-quality evaluations through Keystone Teleassessments.

When does the 7–10 day report timeline begin?

The 7–10 business day timeline begins after all required components of the evaluation have been completed. This includes the clinical interview, any necessary rating scales or questionnaires, receipt of relevant records (if applicable), and all required paperwork. Once everything has been received, your report is typically completed within 7–10 business days.

Do you accept insurance?

No. Keystone Teleassessments is intentionally a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Insurance plays an important role in making healthcare accessible for many individuals, and it is an essential part of the healthcare system. However, Keystone Teleassessments was designed around a different philosophy—providing a streamlined, efficient evaluation process that is not constrained by insurance authorization requirements, documentation mandates, or coverage limitations. This allows me to focus my time on what matters most: conducting thorough, individualized evaluations, providing practical recommendations, and completing reports in a timely manner. The result is a more direct, flexible, and client-centered experience from start to finish.

How much does an evaluation cost?

Most comprehensive evaluations range from $800–$1,200, depending on the referral question, complexity of the evaluation, records reviewed, and any additional assessment measures that may be needed. A personalized estimate will be provided during your consultation before scheduling an evaluation. If you choose to proceed, the $150 consultation fee is credited toward the total cost of your evaluation.

What types of evaluations do you provide?

I provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for adolescents and adults, including evaluations for ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, executive functioning concerns, mood disorders, workplace and educational accommodations, diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, and pre-surgical psychological evaluations.

What services do you not provide?

Keystone Teleassessments focuses exclusively on psychological evaluations and consultations. I do not provide ongoing psychotherapy, medication management, court-ordered evaluations, fitness-for-duty evaluations, custody evaluations, or emergency mental health services.

How are evaluations completed?

Evaluations are completed through a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Depending on the referral question, the process may include a clinical interview, review of records, standardized rating scales, structured assessment measures, and additional follow-up as needed.

What states do you serve?

As a PSYPACT Authorized Provider, I can provide telehealth psychological services to clients located in most participating PSYPACT states. Please visit the Resources page for the current list of participating states.

Will I receive feedback?

Yes. Every evaluation includes a written report summarizing diagnostic impressions, findings, and individualized recommendations. When appropriate, feedback regarding the results and recommendations will also be provided during a follow-up appointment.

How do I get started?
